1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Atlas Digital Group (“T.Bot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using T.Bot, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use T.Bot.

2. What T.Bot is

T.Bot is a software platform that delivers trading signals generated by strategies operated by trading firms. The mobile app and web dashboard let you receive signals, journal your decisions, and optionally connect a brokerage account so signals can be routed there.

T.Bot is a software tool. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a financial planner, or a regulated financial institution. We do not custody funds. We do not place trades on our own behalf.

3. Eligibility

To use T.Bot you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • Not be barred from receiving the service under any applicable law, and not be located in a jurisdiction where the service is prohibited.
Important — please read

The next section is the most important part of this document for any user of a trading product. It is not legal boilerplate. We mean it.

4. Signals are not financial advice

Every signal delivered through T.Bot is generated by an algorithmic strategy operated by a trading firm. Signals are not personal financial advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.

Trading carries substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with. Past performance — whether shown in the app, on a strategy page, or anywhere else — is not a reliable indicator of future results.

You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, whether you take a signal manually or have a broker connected for automated execution. Before acting on any signal, consider whether it is suitable for your financial situation and goals; if you are not sure, consult a licensed financial adviser.

5. Connecting a broker

T.Bot lets you connect a brokerage account (for example, OANDA or TopstepX). If you do:

  • You authorize us to send orders to that broker on your behalf, in line with the signals you accept and the trading mode you choose (manual or automatic).
  • We store your broker credentials encrypted; you can disconnect a broker at any time from Account.
  • Your relationship with your broker — funding the account, regulated status, fees, leverage, taxation — is between you and that broker. We are not a party to it.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us at support@mytbot.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape T.Bot, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the service or any other user’s use of it.
  • Use T.Bot to violate any law, including market-manipulation laws and sanctions.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate someone else.
  • Use T.Bot to deliver spam, malware, or content that infringes the intellectual property of others.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

T.Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that the service will be uninterrupted, that data will always be accurate, or that defects will be corrected. Markets move; software fails; networks drop. You accept that risk when you use T.Bot.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will T.Bot or its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of T.Bot — even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to T.Bot will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T.Bot from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of T.Bot, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You can stop using T.Bot at any time. You can delete your account in the mobile app: Account → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

You and T.Bot each waive the right to a jury trial. You agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms as the product evolves. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent change. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use T.Bot after that point means you accept the change.
