Notifications not arriving

Run through this list in order:

  • Open Account → Notifications. The Push notifications master switch should be on. If the screen shows a yellow “Couldn’t register for push” banner, tap Re-register.
  • Same screen, tap Send test push from server. A push should arrive in about two seconds. If you see a toast saying something other than “Test push fired from server”, the message tells you what to fix.
  • Check that the strategy and the specific instrument aren’t muted (they’ll say Silent in the toggle list).
  • Check that the time isn’t inside your Quiet hours window. Quiet hours run in your local timezone — quiet between 22:00 and 07:00 by default if you enabled them.
  • As a last resort, open Settings → T.Bot on iOS and confirm Notifications are allowed at the system level.

My broker won’t connect

Broker connections live under Account → Broker. The most common reason a connection fails is an expired API key on the broker’s side — try regenerating the key in your broker dashboard (OANDA, TopstepX) and reconnect.

If the Trades tab says Couldn’t reach your broker — User … is not an active member of tenant …, that means the broker account is registered against a firm you’ve since left. Email us and we’ll sort the membership.

I’m not seeing signals

  • Open the Signals tab and pull down to refresh.
  • Check the filter chips — if a status chip like Pendingor Traded is active, signals that don’t match are hidden. Tap All to see everything.
  • On the Strategy screen, make sure you’re subscribed to at least one strategy. If you’re not, tap the Subscribe button on the strategy hero card.

How do I delete my account?

Open the mobile app, go to Account, scroll down past Sign out, and tap Delete account. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. The flow is permanent and irreversible. What gets removed and what is retained for the firm’s records is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
